Digital performance

Search and speed are properties of the platform, not of a campaign.

The practice covers organic search strategy, technical SEO, content architecture, measurement and the performance of a website or platform in use. Rankings are not promised. Movement comes when technical quality, structure or the standing of the material changes, and those things move unevenly.

What is read first

A template change is often invisible in revenue. It is visible earlier in the technical and structural readings. Those come first.

  1. 01

    Crawl and indexation

Whether the property can be fetched and understood as published.

  2. 02

    Content structure

Whether the information architecture matches the subjects the business wants to be found for.

  3. 03

    Field performance

Whether templates and pages are fast enough, and stable enough, in real use.

  4. 04

    Commercial reading

A business figure, used only when the change can be separated from demand, competition and other releases.

Content architecture

Pages, templates and internal links are an information model. Content is organised as topic clusters against that model. Technical quality is read through crawl, indexation, internal linking and Core Web Vitals, using Google Search Console, server logs and the analytics property the organisation already runs. If the model does not match the way the business talks about its offer, search engines and readers are asked to invent the structure themselves.

Experience

Performance work includes the friction a person meets: a template that shifts, a page that is slow on a modest connection, a path that hides the thing the page was published to explain. The discipline stays with the property.
